Plate and profile renewal
Shell plates, profiles and sergayts (cell guides) weakened by corrosion, cracking or deformation are measured, removed and replaced. When needed, cutting, preparation and welding can continue even while the ship is underway.
Pipelines and pressurized systems
We survey, remove, fabricate and install fuel, seawater, steam and deck pipelines. Flange and gasket connections, valve groups, tracing lines and insulation are handled as part of the job.
Testing and handover
After every job, connections, sealing and pressure are carefully checked; the system is handed over only once it is verified to operate safely.
